We are going to WDW in Jan 2017, family celebration- 10 adults, 7 kids under 10, we are booked for Hoop Dee Doo Revue, using our dining plan. How can we upgrade to be seated in Tier 1? Is it possible?

Hi Julie! It sounds like you are planning quite a fun trip with your large family celebration to Walt Disney World.

The Hoop Dee Doo Musical Revue is a great choice for a large group dining reservation. Since you will all be on the Disney Dining Plan there are certain rules pertaining to the dinner shows on property. For this show dining plan guests will be assigned tier 2 and 3 for the early shows and only can be offered tier 1 for the 8:15pm show if available.

But the tier 2 and 3 locations are wonderful and you have clear views of the stage. In fact I have been seated up close and find that I have to turn around to see behind me since part of the show is done in the middle of the room. Tier 3 balcony tables are not forgotten and performers will be up there to mingle and get you involved.

When it is just a couple sometimes they will seat you in a different location if something comes available but with such a large group it is unlikely. But as I said the other tier tables are very good and I am confident you will enjoy your evening no matter where your seat is located!
