We will be at WDW for the Halloween weekend. I am travelling with my 7, 9 & 11 year old children. Are there any other special halloween events other than the Not So Scary Party. We are planning on being at Hollywood studios during that day.

Hi Cheryl!  This will be a very popular and busy week at Walt Disney World.  It is so much fun everywhere you go and there are lots of things happening besides Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. I will say though that this is a great and fun party and one of my favorite special events at Disney!

Many of the resorts will have some special activities during Halloween weekend.  Please check with the resort you will be staying at to see if anything has been planned.  Downtown Disney has had their own trick or treating on 10/30 and 10/31 that includes entertainment and other special activities. The Boardwalk area is another location to find special fun. One of the best places to celebrate this holiday while at Disney is at Fort Wilderness. There you will find most of the campsites decorated with some amazing special affects.  We are actually heading there ourselves and this will be the first time we will be decorating as we are new owners of a motor coach. If you get over to the Fort look for the Green Bay Packer Halloween decorations and you will fine me!
