what WDW is good for an individual traveler?

Lewis, thank you so much for stopping by with your question!

When I first read your question, I thought there was no way I could choose just one out of the four Walt Disney World Resort Theme Parks. It felt like trying to pick my favorite child! However, the more I thought about it the decision became easy to select Epcot as the best Theme Park for a solo visit to Walt Disney World Resort in Florida! I can and do spend an entire day enjoying World Showcase. Sometimes I want to linger a little longer in some of the shops, especially the Mitsukoshi Department Store in the Japan Pavillion. It is lovely to spend as much time as I would like without feeling like I am holding up the rest of my family. Did you know they have a Sake Bar where you can sample numerous different varieties? I have always wanted to try this! And oh, the food! I like to have small bites of things as I leisurely stroll about World Showcase. I like to start in France at Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie to have a Créme Brûlée and a gourmet coffee and end my day of feasting with an El Diablo Specialty Drink at La Cava del Tequila in Mexico. There is so much for you to explore, shop, eat, and drink in-between!

    Have a magical day, Lewis!

Meet the Panelist: Rachel, Wisconsin

Hi, I’m Rachel! I am a “boy mom” to two rowdy little men at home and married to my high school sweetheart. I am fortunate enough that my prince charming loves all things Disney just as much as I do! For me, planning a trip to Walt Disney World can be just as magical as being there. It brings our family together as we dream, plan, and count down the days. I would be honored to help plan your visit and share in your family’s very own magic! Learn More About Rachel
