Hi, WDW first-timer here!! ... Solo adult traveler, going in May... have ADR at Boma on a Sunday at 9:50am for the buffet, then going to AK after. How many mins from Jambo to AK? If I don't get to AK until around noon, will I have time for everything?

    Hi Julien!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Breakfast at Boma sounds wonderful!  It is one of my favorite places to dine.  You should also try dinner there one night as the two experiences are different.  It is only a short bus ride from the Animal Kingdom Lodge to Disney's Animal Kingdom theme park.  Unfortunately you can't walk between the two.  It's less than 5 minutes on the road so the biggest factor will be waiting for a bus in the first place; buses run about every twenty minutes at Walt Disney World.

You should have plenty of time to do the big ticket items at Disney's Animal Kingdom if you arrive by Noon.  You want to check the Times Guide upon entering and base the rest of your day on the times of the shows as they might be the limiting factor.  Both Finding Nemo The Musical and Festival of the Lion King are "must sees".

Enjoy planning your magical Disney vacation, and please write back with more questions!
