Hi Moms! We will be in WDW the first week in Sept., and are thinking about visiting DisneyQuest with our 11 yo son. We've never been there before and don't know how much time to allot if we go in the late afternoon? Thanks for helping!

Hi, Caroline!    I took my 6 and 9 year old kids to DisneyQuest, and they really enjoyed it!    We were there during a moderately crowded time, we ate lunch, and experienced many of the games and attractions while there.   We spent about 3 - 4 hours and we felt this was plenty of time.

If you try out everything there is to do inside DisneyQuest, you really could spend an entire day there!   But we felt we got to see quite a bit and we were all ready to move on after the few hours we were there.

DisneyQuest is open from 11:30 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.  (11:00 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.)   If you have the Water Park Fun & More Option on your theme park tickets, DisneyQuest can be one of your "options."   Have a great time with your son at WDW!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
