Ahoy Stephanie!
Thank you so much for sending your question my way! It's a joy to assist fellow adventurers as they prepare for their magical journey to Walt Disney World Resort, where dreams come to life. As your planDisney panelist, I'm delighted to share a sprinkle of insight from my recent voyage, where I explored all four theme parks this weekend!
During my exploration, I was on the lookout for the notorious Captain Hook, understanding just how much your little buccaneer admires him. While he remained elusive for in-person meet and greets, Captain Hook made a grand appearance in the
Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade at
Magic Kingdom Park. This dazzling parade embarks on its journey daily at 3 pm, providing a fantastic opportunity for your son to spot his favorite pirate amidst the spectacle.
While Captain Hook's appearances for meet and greets can be as unpredictable as the high seas, I encourage you to use the
My Disney Experience app or seek guidance from a Cast Member during your visit for the most current character sighting information. You can also check it out by visiting this page:
Character Experiences.
And here's a golden planDisney tip for you: For an unforgettable parade viewing experience, scout out a spot in Frontierland or Liberty Square. These areas often offer excellent views and are typically less crowded. Arriving around 20-30 minutes before the parade begins can ensure your little pirate has a front-row seat to the magic!
Wishing you and your family a voyage filled with enchantment and memories to treasure at
Walt Disney World. May your adventure be as magical as the stories that inspire us!
With heartfelt gratitude and a dash of pixie dust,
~Yael
