We're going to WDW for our first visit in June. I have 5 character meals reserved, and all are buffet... do we run the risk of missing characters as we take 4 kids to/from the buffet [8, 6, 4/4]? Should I switch one or more to sitdown?

    Hi Connie!

If you're referring to possibly missing the characters while you're in the buffet line, you'll be fine. Our family have done various buffet character meals and never missed seeing the characters. You'll find the buffet areas are generally not too far away from any of the tables. Also, the characters normally take their time with each table (you'll also get extra time with all the pictures being taken at each table). I've seen characters work back to a table if for some reason the family were away, or they accidently missed the table. If you end up staying long enough, many will end up going around twice before you actually leave the restaurant. So there should be ample opportunity to capture those special moments with the characters and your loved one's.

Have a magical time on your 1st Disney World vacation in June! Hope there are many special memories!
