Hi! Going to WDW for the first time in September, staying at Pop Century. What is the best/fastest/cheapest way to get to magic kingdom early in the morning for a character breakfast at crystal palace. I have already made reservations! yay!

    Hi Erinn,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Hooray for your first visit to the Walt Disney World Resort!

We always do pre-park opening dining reservations. Since bus service has often not been operating when we needed to depart, we have used a ride service like Uber. The prices have been quite reasonable. Check the Uber drop off points - you could Uber to Disney's Contemporary Resort and then walk to Magic Kingdom from there. The walk is about 10 minutes. Since you are staying at Disney's Pop Century Resort, you can also try the Minnie Van™ Service. When you check-in to your resort, be sure to check with a cast member to inquire about using the service. The vans are super cute and currently operate from 6:30 a.m. - 12:30 a.m.

The Crystal Palace is my family's favorite character breakfast! Even though our girls are 11-years old now, we still make a dining reservation there for at least one day during our trips. On our last visit, we were celebrating my husband's birthday and all of the characters signed a birthday card for him. We also had a table with a perfect window view of Cinderella Castle. The breakfast is always yummy and our girls especially love Piglet.

Erinn, if you will have little ones with you, do not forget to check the Attractions List to be sure those little ones meet the height requirements for the rides or attractions you wish to enjoy!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
    Donyell
