Welcome to the Walt Disney World Resort!  I hope this first trip is magical for your family!

At the All-Star Sports, as well as most hotels, you can count on the following to be in your room:   bed linens, towels, toilet tissue, a box of facial tissues, shampoo, and soap.    You should plan to bring all additional toiletries that you and your family will need.   If you forget anything, there is a Sundries Shop in the lobby where you can pick up any forgotten items.     If you will need a pack-and-play for your 2 year old, you can call ahead or ask at check-in to have one put in your room at no extra charge.

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
