    We will be going to WDW in February 2014? Will we be using the Magic Bands and if so, will my 1 year old need to wear one?

    Hi Megan!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  If you are staying at a Walt Disney World resort during your February 2014 vacation, you will be eligible to participate in the testing of the new MagicBands.  Only guests aged 3 and up will receive a MagicBand - your 1 year old does not need theme park tickets so would therefore not receive one.
