We are going to WDW in February 2014, and our group is 10 people(5 adults, 3 teens, 2 children). Is there anything special we have to do to make Advance Dining Reservations, so that we can sit together? Or are we better off splitting up into 2 groups of

    Hi Kelley,

It sounds like you are planning a really great vacation! Walt Disney World is such a fun place to go with a large group. When you make your dining reservations, make them for 10 people. You'll be told that there is a possibility that you'll be seated at different tables. That's technically true. Many tables at Disney restaurants only seat 5. However, cast members often push tables together when seating large groups. While it's not guaranteed,  I can tell you from experience that they will make every effort to keep your party seated together.

Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
