    I am going to WDW in February and my friend who is military wants to buy me my tickets as a Christmas gift if she does this with her military discount will I be able to use the tickets since she won't be at WDW with me?

    According to the detailed information provided HERE, a valid military ID is required for both purchase and use.  So while your friend is being super sweet with her intended Christmas gift, you should probably advise her that you won't be able to use it without an ID.  Maybe you could convince her to go with you and make it a girls weekend?  Good luck!
