We will be in WDW Feb 28-March4th with two 5 year olds. We are trying to determine which resorts to visit. Obviously, we will focus on MK and we plan at least an afternoon trip to Epcot. We need to decide on MGM, Seaworld, and or Animal Kingdom. Help!

All the parks you note above are terrific and it so tough to choose.   Depending upon your arrival / departure times, this provides you anywhere from 4-6 days for visiting parks.   Assuming you want to visit each of those above and you only had 4 full days, you could choose to visit 2 disney parks in one day and hit all five parks noted.   Note : Visiting 2 parks in same day would require you to purchase the park hopper option feature.

Out of personal experience, we have occasionally visited Hollywood Studios (formally MGM) in the morning and EPCOT in the afternoon.  These are relatively close and if you start early enough, you can experience many of the Hollywood Studio rides.  Good news is that the time you are visiting is a bit less crowded than other times in the year.    For Magic Kingdom and non-Disney parks, I would recommend allocating individual days for each.
