We are going to WDW in Feb, with children 3,5 and 5month, wondering which hotel you would recommend. Port Orleans riverside, wilderness lodge, caribean, or all star. Looking to see where kids would like to stay best. Thanks

    Hi Robyn,

Congratulations on your upcoming vacation!  I love to see families traveling with little children, it is so much fun to see the magic of Walt Disney World through their eyes!

You didn't mention when in February you are visiting, but if it is later in the month when the weather is more likely to be warm enough to swim, I would probably choose the Caribbean Beach Resort.  This resort's feature pool boasts one of the most amazing kiddie splash areas I've seen on Disney property!  I would probably splurge on the "preferred" room so that you will be closer in proximity to the main building and pool area.

If you are thinking that there won't be a lot of pool time in your plan, I would then suggest the WIlderness Lodge.  This resort is beautiful, and very convenient to the Magic Kingdom which is where I'll assume you'll be spending most of your time with the little ones.  It's a short boat ride from the resort to the Magic Kingdom, and I love that you do not have to remove your children from the stroller - this is very helpful when you have sleepy little ones!

To help you make your decision, I suggest that you browse all the wonderful photos of these resorts at www.allearsnet.com click on their "accommodations" link for a listing of all the resorts.

Hope this helps, have a wonderful trip!
