Hi! Going to WDW end Sept/beg Oct. Only Fanstasmic scheduled is Sept 30. We R planning on going to AK (for 1st time) that day, then going to DHS Fants. Would U recommend going to hotel for break 1st or Quick Dinner at DHS? (we have DP). Thx!

    Hi Kathy!

Your question is totally on the right track! You will find that you can probably get through Disney's Animal Kingdom by about 3pm to 5pm if you arrive early, especially on a Thursday.  It is recommended to start lining up for Fantasmic! about an hour to an hour and a half before the show start time to get the best seating (not really a bad seat in the house). So, if you are using Disney Transportation keep in mind, you will need that extra hour to hour and a half for travel as well. Just as a suggestion, I love Hollywood and Vine Restaurant at Hollywood Studios. They offer a very good buffet, which will allow you to eat a little quicker if you need to. Make reservations if you choose to dine there, but typically on a low crowd day you can walk right in for dinner! Have agreat vacation.
