    Hi, have another ? for you - will be at WDW at the end of June with my son, age 10 and daughter, age 8 - what would you recommend as "must do/see" for them. We are celebrating both of their bdays and hubbie and I want to make it special for both

    Hi Amy, 

    What could be better than celebrating two birthdays at Walt Disney World?  I am very excited for you.  I want you to go to Guest Relations at any theme park or Downtown Disney and pick up a Happy Birthday button for your kids.  This way Cast Members and other guests can help you celebrate.  I would also encourage you to visit Disney Floral & Gifts to see the fabulous birthday gifts that you can have delivered to your room for the ultimate surprise!  I would recommend getting a map of your kids favorite park and have them plan their own "birthday" day.  They would be in charge and could go on any attractions that they would like.  You will be surprised at how great they will plan the day.  When you are at a Table Service Restaurant, let your server know that it is their birthdays, and they will get a special treat. 

    I would recommend taking a Pirates and Pals Firework Voyage in celebration of their birthdays.  Your kids will love this cruise on the Seven Seas Lagoon with the humorous Captain Patch.  You will be entertained with Disney Trivia, meet Captain Hook, Mr. Smee, and Peter Pan as well as seeing the Magic Kingdom Fireworks from the middle of the Lagoon.
