We will be in WDW at the end of Feb./beg. of Mar. 2009. Our son will be almost 2. We'd like a resort that is easy to get to and from using WDW trans. since we'll inevitably have to take breaks during the day, but doesn't break the bank. Any advice?

I would recommend Pop Century Resort.  It is Disney's newest value resort.  I would recommend a preferred room location.  This will be located closest to the bus stops.  The advantage of the Pop Century for us is that it has one bus for the resort.  This is helpful for example: the buses to All-star Sports Resort also stop at the All Star Music and Movies Resorts as well.  This can be a frustrating endeavor if you have a tired and irritable little one.  The resort has many eye catching structures that will entertain the smallest of young ones to adults.  I hope you have a fabulous visit to Walt Disney World.
