    While at WDW earlier this month, I neglected to make time to shop for some 50th anniversary souvenirs. I’ve looked on ShopDisney but couldn’t find what I was looking for. Is it possible to purchase items from the park stores after you leave the park?

    Hello Joy! Welcome to the planDisney panel.

    I am so happy to hEar that you enjoyed your recent visit to the Walt Disney World Resort during The World’s Most Magical Celebration. I was in the Magic Kingdom on October 1st and had a difficult time getting into the Emporium to purchase 50th Anniversary merchandise during my last visit. I was lucky enough to visit World of Disney in Disney Springs before the end of my trip.

    There is a lot of merchandise available on shopDisney.com with new collections becoming available every few weeks during the 18-month celebration. My advice is to keep checking shopDisney for the limited edition and must-have souvenirs. Unfortunately, some items are exclusive to Disney Parks and World of Disney and may not be available online at this time. However, the good news is the 50th Anniversary Celebration will continue for 18-months and you will find more items released on shopDisney.com. If you are like me, this also gives you an excuse to plan another visit to the Walt Disney World Resort before the celebration comes to an end, to enjoy a day of souvenir shopping.
