Hello! We are going to WDW during the wine and food event at Epcot. My question is are you able to use the meal deal counter service and or snacks at the different food kiosks?

Well, Hello there, Juliann! It sounds like you have rumblies in your tumbly, just like Pooh Bear. I know that Epcot’s International Food & Wine Festival, as well as the Flower and Garden Festival, are my weaknesses for tasty bites and sassy sips. I love eating my way through the World Showcase, finishing it up with my favorites spiked Dole Whip!

You’ll be very happy to hear that the Disney Dining Plan snack options are accepted at many of the food kiosks throughout the Food & Wine Festival. While you may not be able to use a meal credit, keep in mind that if you are really into snacking, you can downgrade a meal credit into a few snack credits, that will let you continue to taste and snack throughout the Festival. Another option is to obtain a Disney Gift Card or Festival fob (like the new Flower and Garden wristlet!) with pre-loaded funds to help you purchase your extra snacks.

Keep your eyes peeled for the purple Disney Dining Plan logo on the menu boards around Epcot to see which snacks are included on the Disney Dining Plan. It’s very easy to spot once you know what you are looking for. Have a tasty vacation, and please let me know if I can help you any further. Sharing my “nerdiness” is what I love most! ~ Lindsey P.
