Hello we will be going to WDW during Marathon weekend and my wife and son will be running, I would also like to sign up for one of the races but we have a 4 year old son. Is there a type of childcare service that I can use so that the three of us could run

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Isaac! I love running runDisney races! I’ve done two Princess weekends, a Food & Wine and a Walt Disney World Resort Marathon weekend. There’s no greater feeling than blasting out of your corral and finding your favorite characters on the course!

While there is no official runDisney childcare, you will want to take a look at Kid’s Nite Out, a Disney authorized babysitting service that comes right to your Resort room. Available at all times of the day, you can book Kid’s Nite Out for about $18/hour. The certified babysitters bring arts and crafts, reading and games to kids 6 months to 12 years old.  After the races are over, you may want to consider the amazing new option at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Pixar Play Zone. It’s an evening childcare service featuring a bunch of your child’s favorite PIXAR characters!

Lastly, the kid’s races during any given runDisney weekend are a lot of fun! If your kiddo is ready to toddle down the lanes, think about signing them up for their own medal! We’ll see ya’ real soon! ~ Lindsey P.
