    We will be at WDW Dec 3-8, 2009. Our flight arrives MCO at 1:05pm. In order to see the Micky's Very Merry Christmas Event - we would have to see it on Dec 3 or 4. Do you think it would be pushing it to try to go on Dec 3? My kids are 4 and 7.

    Hi Lydia,

    Welcome to the Moms Panel!  You must be getting very excited for your upcoming trip!

    Assuming that we don't have our first major snow storm here in New England that weekend, I would assume that your flight would arrive as scheduled and you should have no problem making it to the party.  That being said, I highly suggest you wait until the 4th.  I know for my family the travel day is pretty overwhelming and tiring, so although you could make it to the party you may just be a bit too exhausted to truly appreciate it.

    Give yourself the day to explore the resort, maybe swim in the pool if it's warm enough, maybe plan a dinner show or character meal for that evening and you'll be fully rested for the party the next night.
