Hi Ellen! The princesses rotate often, so it's tough to say who actually will be present when you visit. Our family visited last December, and ate breakfast both at Akershus one morning, and Cinderella's Royal Table on another. Here was our lineup when we visited each: Akershus Cinderella Ariel Aurora Belle Alice from Alice in Wonderland Cinderella's Royal Table Cinderella Snow White Belle Aurora Jasmine Hope you do get to see Mulan if that was the character of interest. Good luck on your planning, December is my favorite month to visit Disney!
