Will be in WDW in 11 days! Traveling with my adult son. Staying 5 nts. On the fence about Memory Maker. Won't be doing character meals or waiting in line to see them. Other than rides, are there enough photo opps in the parks to make the purchase worth it?

Hi Nancy! Congratulations on your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World Resort. No matter how old our children are, there's something extra special about capturing a memory with a photo.

There are literally hundreds of locations throughout Walt Disney World Resort and Downtown Disney where you'll be able to have your picture taken by a Disney PhotoPass Photographer. And you'll be able to take an unlimited number of photos with Memory Maker.

The all-new Memory Maker is completely digital and fully integrated with your  My Disney Experience account so you can view and download photos immediately. Everything is connected with your MagicBands, simply tap it after a Disney PhotoPass photographer takes your picture and it will be connected to your account. Your pictures will expire 45 days from the date the photo was taken so you have plenty of time to download them to your computer and share them with family and friends.

If you purchase Memory Maker at least 3 days before your first picture is taken, you'll save $50 off the regular price of $199 and be ready to capture special moments as soon as your vacation begins.

Of course you don't have to purchase Memory Maker in order to get have a picture taken by a Disney PhotoPass photographer, you can have the picture taken, use your MagicBand to link it to your account then pay the a la carte price for the individual print which is about $15 on MyDisneyPhotoPass.com. They'll even use your own camera to take your picture - just keep in mind the quality will look different than their professional photos.

No matter how you decide to capture your memories, I wish you a magical and memorable Disney vacation with your son!
