Going to be in WDW in 13 days...We are staying at the Polynesian and have the DDP. I know gratuity is not included. We are a party of 4, 2 adults 2 kids. Will we get a receipt with the actual amt the meal cost to base our tip on?

Hi Patricia,

How exciting that your trip is right around the corner! The Disney Dining Plan is a great value for many families. I'm guessing yours will enjoy a plethora of fabulous meals! When you finish your meal at any table service restaurant, your server will present you with a "bill" that shows what your balance would have been had you paid with cash, along with any incidentals not covered on the basic dining plan (specialty drinks, wine, etc.) In addition, there is a suggested gratuity amount already calculated for you based on the total at both 15% and 18% to help you determine what to leave. Please note that gratuities are completely discretionary.
