We will be at WDW 3 days starting 1/2/14. As mentioned b/f no hopper, but wondered if the EMHrs are the same mth 2 mth or what maybe during the time we r there. I want to make our DDP resv asap in July. TY!

    Hi Tammie!

With your 180 day reservation window quickly approaching, I can completely understand wanting to make your dining reservations as soon as possible. Restaurants such as Be Our Guest or Cinderella's Royal Table will book very quickly so having your plans in place is a fantastic idea! Typically when my 180 day dining window approaches I am up at the crack of dawn to snag the more elusive reservations.  Remember that you can make dining reservations starting at 6 am online and 7am by calling (407) WDW-DINE.

Dining reservations made online must be exactly 180 days or less so you will still need to call to make reservations for the remainder of your trip.  Usually, I will start dialing just before 7 am to be one of the first guests in the calling queue.  Because you are visiting during a busy time of year, I suggest making a trial call to familiarize yourself with all of the call prompts to get you through quicker. This sounds like a tactile battle plan, but it absolutely can be when you are trying to make hard to get reservations.

While Extra Magic Hours are a wonderful perk to guests staying at a Disney owned resort, sometimes that can actually make a park busier especially for morning Extra Magic Hours.  To help you get cracking on planning your dining reservations, here is the schedule for Extra Magic Hours during for your visit:

    1/2/2013 Magic Kingdom morning 8am-10pm
    1/3/2013 Epcot evening 9am-11pm
    1/4/2013 Hollywood Studios morning 8am-7pm

Remember park hours and Extra Magic Hours are always subject to change, please be sure to check back as your arrival date approaches.  I hope this helps and you are able to snag all of  the dining reservations you have planned.  If you need anymore help with your planning, please don't hesitate to ask!

    Kindest Regards,
    Mandy
