Going to WDW for 11 days in Sept 2011 for 30th anniv, can you tell if "Tough to be a Bug" is open or not? Some websites show it to be closed for refurbishment. This is one of our favorite rides/shows! Thank you!

Hey, Robin! Congrats on your 30 year anniversary! I wish it were a lot tougher to be a bug for bees. We're at odds with each other. In fact, this year marks the 30th anniversary of our hate/hate relationship. In regards to the attraction, the earliest reopening date that I'd put stock in is Sept. 22. It's possible that it may have a soft reopening prior to that, but I'd expect it to be out of commission for the whole month just to play it safe with your expectations of its availability. If it's been a while since your last trip, Captain EO at Epcot could help fit the bill. Muppet Vision 3D is also a good time. Mickey's PhilharMagic continues to be my favorite experience of the genre.
