WDW for 9 days probably at pop2 rooms 3 adults and 2yr triplet boys.Another person is going for 6 days. Do they have to b on a plan for the whole 9 days or can they get 6 and stay w/ us or what is cheapest way to get dining room and tickets and b with us

I wish I could deliver better news, Chris.  Unfortunately, though, it's not possible for one member of the party to purchase a shorter length of stay (with regard to dining plan and tickets) than the other members of the party.  In other words, each person booked on the package receives the same thing.  If you've booked a great promotion (such as free dining) perhaps the best deal is to go ahead and pay for the full stay for that seventh person.  Because all of the dining plan credits will be combined by room (not necessarily by person) the guests staying the full nine days can continue to "use up" the seventh person's meal credits after he or she has departed.  And because there is a significant per day cost break for park tickets, he or she probably would fare better by purchasing the nine day park ticket and taking advantage of the shared package costs (room and dining plan rates) over going it alone.  It's really the least expensive way I can think of to ensure that all of the guests enjoy the dining plan and park tickets.  Good luck!
