Going to WDW for 2 days 1 night after a Disney Cruise. We have been before but our taking our niece who is 9 who has never been there. I know we should for sure take her to Magic KIngdom but what other park to you recomend?

Although I love each and every theme park at Walt Disney World I would recommend the Animal Kingdom park on your second day if your niece enjoys animals or the Hollywood Studios if your niece is more into the movies and music.  They are both distinctive to their own theme and both have many fun things for a nine year old to enjoy.  Both have excellent dining opportunities with some of my favorites like 50's Prime Time and Sci Fi Dine In Theater being at the Studios.  Both parks have the "thrill" rides with Everest at the Animal KIngdom park and Tower of Terror and Rock n Rollercoaster at the Hollywood Studios.  You can't go wrong with a day trip to either!
