We're going on to WDW in 137 days! Last time, reservations/fastpasses could be made 180 days in advance. My biggest fear is that it will change from 60 back to 180 without notice and I'll miss the chance to reserve. Could this happen?

    Hi Ashley,

Welcome to planDisney! I am always delighted to greet a fellow North Carolinian!

I can imagine the excitement in your household as you plan a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort. FastPass+ service is currently paused. Guests must have Disney Park Pass system reservations for theme park entry. In looking at your arrival date, you can make park pass reservations now and I highly recommend that you do.

At 60-days prior to arrival you will also need to make advanced dining reservations. I always suggest making dining reservations. On our most recent visit, we were so relieved to have reservations for most of our meals. We did use Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering a few mornings at the resort hotel. Doing so gave us some time to relax before heading to the parks.

Definitely keep your eye on the operational updates because policies and procedures could change. I wish I could predict when and give you some clues. For now, make those park pass reservations for each day that you have valid theme park admission.

As you continue to plan, be sure that you have downloaded the My Disney Experience Mobile App. We loved using the mobile app to do Mobile Dine Check-in. You can also use it to check Mobile Dine Walk-up Availability.

Ashley, your planning seems practically perfect. Keep checking the operational updates and follow the Disney Parks Blog. We are super excited to welcome you to your next Incredible Disney Day!

    Magic and memories,
