    Hello! We are going to be at WDW in 7 days! We are Florida Residents and will purchase annual passes with the monthly payment program. If I buy these online right before our trip, can I pick them up when I check in? Or should I purchase at the resort?

    Hi there, Judith!

    We Florida folks are really lucky to have Disney in our own beautiful backyard! Like you, I took advantage of the monthly payment programs when I purchased my Annual Passes.

    According to the official Monthly Payment program FAQ, "At this time, Annual Passes can be purchased under the Monthly Payment program online or in person at a Walt Disney World Theme Park Ticket Window. The Monthly Payment program is not available for Pass purchases on the phone."

    You will need to make the purchase at the Park rather than at the Resort.

    My recommendation is that you take care of the financial online. You'll get a receipt to print out and bring with you to the ticket window. You'll need to show proof of Florida residency to pick up your tickets, but the bulk of the work is done and you can head into the magic that much sooner.
