Going to WDW in 29 days w/ my DD's 1.5 & 2.5 who are still in diapers & we are concerned about where to get them(& milk). We are @ POR w/out a car.Don't want to waste too much luggage room packing them for a wk, but don't want to cab it around

Hi Ryan!  The gift shops at Disney resorts do sell basic grocery items, so you will be able to purchase milk for your children.  Diapers and other baby care items are also available at the resorts as well as at the baby care centers inside the theme parks.  However, they are much more expensive than bringing your own.  If you can manage the space in your luggage, I would recommend packing them.  The great thing about that is, once they get used up you'll have all of that extra space for souvenirs!

You could also ship a package to your hotel room and have it waiting for you when you arrive. Another option, along those same lines would be to order from a grocery delivery service.  Check out gardengrocer.com for more information on this procedure.

Good luck and have a great trip!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
