Hello. Going to WDW for 4 days before the cruise. Flight home is disembarkation day. I'm really worried about post-cruise let down! Our flight is mid-day so no real time to go back to WDW. Any suggestions for a way to beat the end-of-vacation blues?

    Ahoy, Scott!

The end of any vacation is hard enough, but walking off of a Disney ship is the hardest! I'll admit, I've actually teared up every time we've had to leave our floating home-away-from-home and step back into the "real world" after a Disney Cruise Line vacation.

Our favorite way to beat the end-of-vacation blues is to visit the Future Cruise Sales Desk and book a future sailing before we step off the ship. By booking a future cruise onboard, you receive special rates and benefits you can't get once you're back on dry land. We paid a reduced deposit, got an onboard credit, and saved about 10% on the price of the cruise. We were also able to reserve the same stateroom we had grown to love during our current sailing - how cool is that?

It always makes stepping off the ship a bit easier, knowing we've already made plans to come back and sail with Captain Mickey and his crew! If you decide to rebook while onboard, I suggest visiting the Future Cruise Sales Desk early in your sailing. It tends to get crowded near the end of the cruise!

I hope you enjoy every second of your Land and Sea Disney vacation. May the magic of Cinderella Castle and sand castles bring you memories that last a lifetime! -  Diane W.
