We are going to WDW this Christmas. Do you have any suggestions on things to do/ places to eat for Christmas eve/day? My daughter would be crushed if we didn't have a Christmas tree of some form in our room, does the Disney florist have fake Disney trees?

    Hi Jennifer,

When we visited over Christmas, as soon as the Epcot's Candlelight Processional dinner packages were available, we made ours for Christmas Eve.  It was magical to be surrounded by Christmas music and the telling of the Christmas story.  On Christmas day, we ate dinner at Artist's Point at the Wilderness Lodge, which we think of as one of the best resorts during the holidays.  It is so cozy to enjoy time by a fireplace on Christmas Day and to gaze at the magnificent tree in the lobby.  As for the tree for the room, yes, artificial trees can be ordered through the Disney Florist.  We considered doing that, but that wasn't within our budget, so we actually checked in a 3 foot boxed tree with decorations as one of our pieces of luggage.  That tree is now the official Disney Christmas tree at our house, and it has only Disney decorations on it.   I also sent boxes to our resort prior to our arrival so the kids would have presents to open.  I hope this helps with your planning.
