Hi Nancy!
I have two boys, also, so I'm happy to answer this for you!
Magic Kingdom: Pirates of the Caribbean, Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, Mickey's PhilharMagic, The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Astro Orbiter, The Barnstormer, The Frontierland Shootin' Arcade, Jungle Cruise, Tomorrowland Speedway, and the Walt Disney World Railroad.
And, if they are adventurous: The Haunted Mansion, Splash Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain, and Space Mountain!
EPCOT: Soarin', The Seas with Nemo and Friends, Spaceship Earth, Turtle Talk with Crush, The American Adventure, Ellen's Energy Adventure, Gran Fiesta Tour Starring Three Caballeros, ImageWorks, Innoventions, and Maelstrom.
Disney's Animal Kingdom: Kilimanjaro Safaris, Festival of the Lion King, Finding Nemo - The Musical, Kali River Rapids, It's Tough To Be a Bug, The Boneyard, Triceratop Spin, Wildlife Express Train, and all of the animal trails and habitats. If they don't scare easily and enjoy more intense rides, you could ride Dinosaur and Expedition Everest.
Disney's Hollywood Studios: Star Tours, Toy Story Mania!, Lights! Motors! Action! Extreme Stunt Show, Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular, Muppet Vision 3-D, Honey, I Shrunk the Kids Movie Set Adventure. More intense rides include Aerosmith's Rock 'n' Roller Coaster and Twilight Zone Tower of Terror.
Hope this list helps. Don't worry if you don't get to do it all. Even if you don't do half of this list, their dreams will have come true!
