    Hi, We are going to be at WDW the beginning of October. When we were there at the beginning of May & the Via Napoli pizza window was closed/rehab. Do you know if it is opened yet or if it is due to open soon? Thanks, Valerie

    Hi there, Valerie!

    Mmmmm! Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria is probably my favorite World Showcase restaurant. I crave their delicious pizza in between every Walt Disney World Resort visit. Yum!

    Although the pizza window is outside of Via Napoli Ristorante e Pizzeria, be aware that the pizza sold is not the same as what you will find inside. It was good pizza, but not the incredible, wood-fired offerings from the restaurant. I called to do a little research and was told that the window is indeed still closed. Although the Cast Member couldn't specify on details or an opening date, he said normally the window is operating during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival so, fingers crossed, it may be open during your October vacation. 

    October is an incredible time to visit as there is so much going on in autumn at the Walt Disney World Resort. If you enjoy finding a tasty treat, easy to grab on your visit, you'll adore the Global Marketplaces of the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. These international kiosks offer small gourmet dishes perfect for tasting your way around the world.
