    We are going to WDW and the barber shop is booked. Do you have anything on the Dream that would be equivalent to MK Barber Shop? We arrive at the ship on November 20th. We are wanting to make his first haircut special and Disney related. Thanks!

    Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel with your question. A child's first haircut is a memory waiting to be made! A special experience is made even more special when it has a bit of Disney magic behind it.

    While spa and beauty services onboard are reserved for adults 18 years and older, I've heard that
    Senses Spa and Salon has sometimes offered children's haircuts on port days when the salon isn't busy. The haircut would not be the same as the "My First Haircut" experience at Harmony Barber Shop in the Magic Kingdom, as that is a special experience only at that location. Salon appointments can only be made onboard, so make sure to stop by the salon to see if they'll be offering children's haircuts on your sailing. I can't guarantee they will, but it never hurts to ask!

    If your heart is set on having his first haircut at Harmony Barber Shop in the Magic Kingdom, you can always try getting a walk-in appointment. Early in the morning and during parades are the best times to try!
