    We are going to WDW in August and are staying at POR. When and how can I request a room/building close to the resort center and food court and also request ajoining rooms as we are traveling with my sister and her family?

    Hi there Susan!

    There have been a lot of people asking about the Port Orleans Resort both Riverside and French Quarter! I'm thinking because French Quarter was just renovated and Riverside is being renovated as we speak. Once you make your reservation, you can speak with the cast member over the phone and tell them your preferences. Also, when you check in, you will want to let them know about your request. If you mention the room assignments prior to your arrival, it will make it easier to get your preferences. I hope you and your family have a Magical Time at the Walt Disney World Resort!
