We are going to WDW in August and have 3 kids and two grandparents in tow. I was wondering where is a good spot in Epcot to sit down and relax for a bit. Any suggestions would be great.

Hello Trinity!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your question.  Definitely taking time out to rest weary legs is going to be important on your upcoming Walt Disney World Vacation! The good news is that Epcot has many wonderful places to stop for a few minutes, and most are in very interesting locations!  In Future World there are plenty of benches scattered throughout, so I don't think you'll have any problems there.  Usually by the time you get to World Showcase, that's when you could use a break.  Each of the countries in World Showcase has nice and very picturesque areas for a time-out.  Sometimes they are not always visible, and may be hidden in the back of that country's pavilion, so have some fun and explore!  We also find that taking the time to view the films offered in China and France offers a nice, air-conditioned break while learning about those countries at the same time.  Perhaps you'd like to spend some time in a typical English Garden or an Italian Piazza? You can also savour an ice-cream or sorbet at the new L'Artisan de Glaces in the France pavilion or a shaved ice snow-cone in Japan if you're looking to cool down at the same time. This is all possible around World Showcase, and I think you'll really enjoy it!

Although it is rather large, Epcot is one of my favourite theme parks for just taking my time, exploring everything that it has to offer and soaking in the ambiance of the countries of World Showcase.

Trinity, I hope you have a wonderful vacation with your family, and thanks again for your question!  Have a magical day!
