Going to WDW in Aug and wondering about free water park promo. We have multiple reservations- do you get a free entry for each of the separate reservations? EX: Res for 12-14, 14th, 15-20, 20-23. Can we use on the 14th(only day we're thinking of using)

Hi there, Matthew, and welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by with this awesome question about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation! It sounds like you're counting down to an exciting visit, complete with a bit of Resort hopping!

Matthew, you'll be happy to know that Guests of Disney Resorts Collection hotels can visit a water park on their check-in day, included with their stay! This includes each of your check-in dates. During a recent visit, my family planned a split-stay, so we were able to visit Typhoon Lagoon on our first check-in day and Blizzard Beach on our second check-in day. It was so much fun to experience both water parks!

I totally understand not wanting to visit the water parks on your first check-in day. If you have a long flight or won't get in until the evening, you may want to get settled and unpacked so you can hit the ground running the next morning. We loved our visit to Blizzard Beach because we were able to bring our bags to Bell Services at our first hotel before checking out, and they were waiting for us when we got to our second hotel that evening!

Here are a few things to keep in mind when planning a visit to the water parks during a split stay:
    • Ask a Cast Member at the Front Desk of your Resort about available transportation to the water park. It might require taking a bus to Disney Springs, then transferring to a second bus. You might opt to drive your car or use a ride-share service if you'd like a more direct route.
    • Remember that luggage is not allowed on Disney Resort Transportation, so bring a smaller tote bag for your personal items - don't forget sunscreen!
    • You're welcome to bring drinks and snacks to the water parks, but alcohol is not allowed.
    • I suggest bringing a change of clothes and storing them in a rented locker during the day.
    • Wearing a MagicBand+ is convenient because you can charge purchases to your room rather than having to carry around your credit card.
    • If you're planning to ask Bell Services to transfer your luggage, ask the night before what time your luggage needs to be ready for the complimentary transfer.
    • Check in to your hotel on the My Disney Experience Mobile App and opt in to receive a notification when your room is ready.
Matthew, I hope this is helpful to you as you continue to count down to your arrival at the Most Magical Place on Earth! Stop by planDisney with any other questions you have!

    See ya real soon!
