I will be in WDW in April with 9 family members and I am in a wheelchair… I would like to make a reservation for whispering canyon but I need to let them know that I have a wheelchair and how many people can we seat together? Thank you

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Elizabeth! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney. Thanks a bunch for stopping by with your question!

I personally think it's great that you're planning on dining at the Whispering Canyon Cafe with your family. Your belly is going to hurt from laughing so hard... and maybe because of all the food you'll get to eat too! This is one of my favorite restaurants at the Walt Disney World Resort, and for good reason. The food is truly delicious, and the Cast Members never fail to make it an one of a kind experience every single time I go.

Elizabeth, when you're ready to book a table through the My Disney Experience mobile app, you'll be prompted to review your reservation first. This is where you'll need to write your contact and credit card information, but you should also see an "Add a Special Dietary of Accessibility Request" button at the very end of the page. If you click on it, you'll be able to check the "Wheelchair accessibility" box and save your preferences. Once you're done, simply head back to the review page, check the "I have read and agree to the Guest Policies" box and click on "Book Now". That's it!

Please note that the Disney Parks team is very good at providing all Guests with wheelchair-accessible ramps, doorways, paths, and transportation. That being said, I encourage you to speak with a Guest Relations Cast Member if you have any questions about your particular case. In the meantime, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us with any other concerns you might have! We're always available and more than happy to help.

    Warm hugs,

    Ana Paula
