    We will be at WDW in April over DD's 10th b-day.I am trying to keep it simple and still special.Do I need to order a cake on her b-day, can I assume the rest will do something?Dining at Akershus & Crys Pal.With only 3 of us a cake seems too much-any id

    Hi Beth!
    There are so many simple things that can make her birthday special! Since you already have reservations, you could tell the cast member at the entrance that it's your daughter's birthday. They usually offer you a cupcake with a candle on it. I definitely recommend that you order a Mini Surprise Cake for her! It's a small cake that can be customized just for her, by calling the cake hotline (407) 827-2253. You can see a few of these options in WDW website, here. Oh, and don't forget to ask for a special celebration recognition button at Guest Relations at each theme park. Lots of cast members and guests will congratulate her on her birthday and some cast members may even go out of their way to make your daughters trip a special one.
