I'm sorry to hear that you're having some troubles actually making your selections, though, and I'd be happy to offer some suggestions and tips to help straighten everything out. First, I'd double check that there are enough days of valid
tickets for each Guest within your party. For example, if you're visiting for four days, but only have two days of theme park tickets, you'll only be able to make FastPass+ selections for two days. If the tickets aren't the problem, I'd recommend making sure you have the most current version of the
My Disney Experience mobile app before shutting it down and restarting it. Every once in a while, that pesky Stitch likes to make things difficult, so hopefully a reboot will help. You could also try
making your selections online instead to see if that will work. If all else fails, I'd encourage you to call a Cast Member who specializes in My Disney Experience and FastPass+ at (407) 939-4357 and he or she would be happy to help you.
