Going to WDW on 5/23 - 6/6 3 adultd 2 chilldrens. My mother in law birthday is in 6/5 and we where trying to plan an special surprise, but im a little lost of what we can do. Maybe a special dining experience where she would be the attraction any tips?

What a wonderful thought for you to want to plan something special for your mother in laws birthday in May!

A special dining experience would be a great idea and there are many awesome restaurants to choose from through-out the property.  The first place that comes to mind where your mother in law could be the center attraction is 50's Primetime at the Hollywood Studios.  The cast members there love to draw attention to those that have special celebrations or those that don't eat their veges!  This is a more casual restaurant though. All Disney locations will acknowledge birthdays as being special so you might want to consider one of the Signature dining spots for a very nice birthday dinner.  To see the list of options please click HERE and then go to DINING EXPERIENCES and click on Signature Dining.

For any dining birthday celebration you will want to finish the meal with a great Disney cake.  Most restaurants will have a small cake available and you notify the check-in desk of your needs when you arrive.  To get something a little more personal you can call the cake hotline and order one from them that is customized to your interests.  That number is: 407-827-2253.

There are many other ways to celebrate at Disney this year.  Please click HERE to see the seven page list.  You might find something beyond a dining experience that you would like to do!
