Ahoy there, Kathy! Welcome aboard planDisney!
One of my favorite things about a Disney Cruise Line vacation is just how relaxing it is. From sitting poolside in the adults-only
Quiet Cove Pool area or pulling up a lounger on Deck 11 and catching some of my favorites on Funnel Vision - or maybe it's just the fact that I don't have to cook dinner! In any case, the minute we board our flights to our destination, we make sure to go into full vacation mode, and one of the reasons we're able to do that is because we almost always add
Ground Transportation to take the last but of "real life" out of our hands!
As anyone with fond memories of Disney Magical Express can attest, not having to drive to your destination once you arrive is one of the great luxuries of being on vacation. Lucky for us castaways, transfers from Orlando International Airport to Port Canaveral (and back) keep the magic alive!
I have great news, Kathy: you can definitely add Ground Transportation online - as well as in the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app! On the website, all you have to do is sail on over to your "My Reservations" page, and scroll down to where you see the white "cards" for "Your Stateroom," Dining Information, Vacation Protection Plan, and Ground Transportation! Select "Edit Ground Transportation," and you should be able to add transfers for everyone in your party there!
On the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, select your reservation, and then scroll down slightly to just below your stateroom details and click the "View All" link under "Next Steps." From there, you should be able to see "Ground Transportation" under "Cruise Options" and take the steps to add transfers there!
Talk about easier than saying "Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!" I hope that helps you offload one of the final stressors before leaving on your sailing, Kathy! Thank you so much for sailing my way with your question, and if any others surface as you continue your planning you know where to find me here at planDisney!
Until then, may your anchor be tight and your compass true!
