    are the waterparks open in October?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Tina! 

    The Walt Disney World Resort is home to two world-class water parks overflowing with splash-tastic fun! Disney's Blizzard Beach and Disney's Typhoon Lagoon are great fun for the entire family. And with the waters heated to a comfortable 82 degrees year-round, you'll be able to enjoy the parks during most any visit.

    Tina, both water parks are open throughout the year unless they are undergoing refurbishments. But if one park is closed for refurbishments, the other will be open, so you'll always be able to enjoy some aquatic fun during your visit.

    Theme Park schedules are released about 6-months in advance, so October isn't posted yet. But if you check back in a month or so, you might start seeing some of the October dates pop up.
