Welcome back to planDisney, Kristine! It’s always wonderful to see Guests like you returning for more vacation planning advice. We love helping you plan your next visit to
The Most Magical Place On Earth and I’m happy to assist with your question about upgrading your
Water Park tickets.
I spoke with a friendly Cast Member who checked with the Ticketing Office, and here’s the scoop: you can upgrade an unused Water Park ticket to a Theme Park ticket. To do this, simply contact the Existing Ticket line found on the
Disney Help Center website, visit the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs, or speak with a Cast Member at a
Guest Relations window at the entrance to any of the theme parks. The current value of your unused Water Park ticket will be applied toward your new Theme Park ticket, and you’ll just need to cover the difference in price.
I hope this answers your question, Kristine! If you’d like more assistance, I’d be happy to help you choose the best type of
Theme Park ticket based on how long you plan to stay. As a
Florida Resident, you may also want to explore special ticket offers and annual passes, like the Pixie Dust Pass, Pirate Pass, or Sorcerer Pass, which could make it even easier to enjoy the magic year-round.
Looking forward to hearing back from you, and wishing you a fantastic visit!
