Hi there, Malinda!
Ahoy and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thank you for sailing by with your question about your upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation! I bet you will gladly welcome some warm, sunny weather when your vacation gets here and hitting the high seas with Captain Mickey is a great way to escape a cold winter!
To simply answer your question…. YES, sodas, coffee, water and tea are
included with your reservation! Onboard you will find a drink station available 24-hours a day that you can get sodas and water from a fountain drink machine as well as coffee and tea. Additionally, you can order these items in the main dining room restaurants with your lunch or dinner at no additional cost. If you prefer to have bottled water, you will need to purchase those, or Disney Cruise Line allows Guests to bring onboard water bottles with them; just make sure they are in your carry-on luggage and not in your checked baggage. Onboard there is also a coffee shop,
Cove Café, where you can purchase specialty coffees for an additional fee that can be charged directly to your stateroom account.
I always suggest that Guests bring onboard a refillable tumbler or water bottle because the cups available at the drink stations are on the smaller side and that way you are not finding yourself returning to the drink station so frequently! Another tip for
first time cruisers is to bring a lanyard for each Guest in your stateroom to hold their Key to the World card in. Your Key to the World card will act as your stateroom key, be used to make any onboard purchases and is also needed to get on and off the ship when you arrive at port, so you will want to have it easily accessible!
As you continue planning for you magical voyage at sea, please come back with all your questions!
Happy Sailing!
