Hi Andrea,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question!
Going to the Walt Disney World Water Parks is such a fun way to enjoy some sun and cool off from the Florida heat! When it comes to using your tickets toward the Water Parks like
Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon, you’ll want to make sure you purchase either a
Water Park and Sports Option or Park Hopper Plus Option ticket for entrance. When you tap your
MagicBand+ or scan your
Disney MagicMoble, this will begin the “start date” of your ticket. In your case, you’d start using your ticket beginning on Saturday and you’d have
a certain number of days to use your tickets for the overall vacation.
When the Water Parks are included in your tickets, this allows you a certain number of entrances into the Water Parks (and other fun!) as well as entry into the Theme Parks, whether it’s one Park per day or multiple Parks. If you plan to go to Typhoon Lagoon and
Magic Kingdom Park for example, you’ll want to head to Typhoon Lagoon as soon as it opens, spend some time there until the mid-afternoon, then go back to your hotel to change for an evening in Magic Kingdom. It’s totally doable, you’ll just need to plan in advance! If you need further information or clarification about your tickets and how they work, you can always contact the
Existing Tickets help desk as well!
I hope this “Bit By Bryanna” is useful as you begin to plan for next year. If you have any other planning or vacation questions,
please feel free to reach out, I’m always happy to help!
The Magic Is Calling,
Bryanna
