Are water parks suitable for kids under 3 years old?

    Hi Winny,

Both of Disney's water parks have special areas designed for preschoolers. Tikes Peak at Blizzard Beach and Ketchakiddie Creek at Typhoon Lagoon feature shallow pools and gentle slides for children less than 48 inches tall. In my personal estimation, a child who likes water could have about two solid hours of playtime there. Additionally, there are great places for lunch at the water parks.

You could also take a preschooler on some of the family attractions in the main park - the "lazy rivers," for example. LIfe vests are available to borrow free of charge.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you have additional questions.
