Are the water parks pools and lazy rivers heated in January?

    Hi Rhonda!

Yes!  All of the pools around Walt Disney World are heated to 75-80 degrees year round, which makes the water parks available to you year round!  Typhoon Lagoon is currently closed for refurbishment, but Blizzard Beach is still open for you to splash around in.  If you are visiting on a particularly cold day, check with the concierge at your resort to see if they are open before heading out in your swim suits.  It's very rare for the water parks to close, but they will if the weather drops too low like today.

    Have a magical day!
